Funding from Scottish Research Partnership in Engineering

Katherine Dunn has just been awarded funding (£9.4k) from the Scottish Research Partnership in Engineering  to support collaboration and networking with European researchers. Her project is entitled NAME (Nucleic Acids in MEdicine): towards a European consortium.

This activity brings together engineering and life sciences. The engineering aspects include automation, manufacturing, technology development and scale-up, while life science aspects include molecular biology and health.

The funds will be used for visits to collaborators abroad and an interdisciplinary workshop in Edinburgh.
